I began my career thirty years ago in industry and, like Mr Jourdain, I was already doing quality without knowing it. After twenty years spent in QES (Quality, Environment and Safety), I wanted to work again in a more human-sized organization in which quality is seen as a real added value for the customer.
When I first visited Forginal, I was impressed by the know-how of the teams and reassured to see that it is possible in France to prosper with unique skills.
As the daughter of a blacksmith, it was a natural choice for me to accept this new challenge.
My goal is to make a sustainable success of the system already in place by adapting it continually to the company’s evolutions but also to regulatory evolutions without forgetting, of course, our customers’ requirements. In my opinion, the Quality Manager is the Customer’s eyes and ears in the company. It is therefore vital that all the different departments converge towards a single common goal: the sustainable satisfaction of our customers.
